We heard about a new diet program called Fat Loss 4 Idiots (FL4I).  There has been a lot of buzz about this fat loss plan.  After hearing people talking about how they were able to lose weight without working very hard, we decided to get some more information about this.

The food was the first thing we noticed when we looked into this program.  Most FL4I users were really happy about having so many food choices.  We realized people were able to eat almost anything they wanted. 

Successful dieters with this diet ate four meals a day, every three hours or so.  Most of them claimed they were not hungry and they began to lose weight quickly.  We found the average weight loss for the first week on this diet to be at six pounds.  After that, people continued to lose around the same amount of weight.

We learned more about this plan after doing some research.  Basically, it is able to work because it tricks the metabolism.  Most people do not realize it, but when you eat a particular food regularly, your metabolism begins to expect it.  That’s what makes your body hold onto weight.

So with this plan, they give you different kinds of foods.  Then, your metabolism does not know what to expect.  The metabolism speeds up like crazy, which then leads to weight loss.

It’s referred to as “calorie shifting.  ” With this program you calorie shift for eleven days, and then you get to cheat for three days. Because of the science behind it, users don’t have to change up their lifestyles or eating habits very much at all.
