Is fast weight loss for real?  100%  The quickest way for a teenager to lose weight is to cease eating.  It is the worst thing a teen can achieve as an empty goal.  Food intake is a basic human necessity, so starvation leads to serious health problems. 

Anorexia will not work for long, especially in teenagers who have a great deal of activity in their schedules.  Without explaining further, simply starving is frustrating, tough to do when energy is needed at most during the times of hurdling at school.
